My son and I love our sweets. I don’t have a brownie pan but I am slowly building my baking supplies. The only baking pans I do have are casserole size or bigger. Instead, we made Brownie Batter Cookies! Cookies are easier to make since they are already portioned and easy to enjoy!
I’ve been craving brownies and the Brownie Batter Cookies are just perfect! I can make a big batch and then we can enjoy them throughout the week!

…My son and I live in a gated community. I feel very safe in the area we reside in. I love the neighborhood because we have a few shopping centers nearby. So, when I heard about a crime that happened inside our community, I felt our security was rocked!

Our first sickness of the year. It’s been several months since my son and I have been sick. Last year, I started having him take a multi-vitamin with Zinc in it. I also started taking elderberry. I believe both products have kept us healthy for most of last year!
