My son and I love our sweets. I don’t have a brownie pan but I am slowly building my baking supplies. The only baking pans I do have are casserole size or bigger. Instead, we made Brownie Batter Cookies! Cookies are easier to make since they are already portioned and easy to enjoy!

I’ve been craving brownies and the Brownie Batter Cookies are just perfect! I can make a big batch and then we can enjoy them throughout the week!

Brownie Batter Cookies
Ingredients

- 15oz Box Brownie Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Directions

Pour brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.

Crack three eggs.

Pour in melted butter.

Mix well.
Refrigerate for one hour.

Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls.

Then roll in powdered sugar.

Place on non-stick baking sheet or lay out a piece of parchment paper and place on top of that.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until cookies are set.
Serve & enjoy!!!
