With the New Year and also dealing with health issues, it was time to evaluate and improve how I was eating. I also stocked up on supplements and superfoods! As a vegetarian, I know it is time to get healthy!
I know, it’s so cliché. Get healthy and eat better in the new year! A new year is a fresh start. A chance to say goodbye to bad habits and start new routines!
A major health issue I am dealing with is dizziness, which is most likely from vertigo. I also think it could potentially be from low blood pressure or anemia. I just know I am feeling tired, very little energy, dizziness, lack of focus, and more.
This past week, I started a new workout program. At one point, I had to lay on my back to do reps and I started to feel dizzy! I had to stop (I eventually returned to my workout a few hours later).
I am really excited about this workout program! It looks silly, but it’s adjustable and customizable!
I also added in yoga and stretching! I can easily do a quick yoga workout in the evening! This is a great way to end your day, with an energizing, calming, and relaxing yoga session!
Health was suffering
I was also feeling dizzy if I tried to lay down flat, so I’ve been using a few pillows to prop me up, so I have to sit up and lean back on pillows just to sleep.
Obviously, something isn’t right. So, I needed to change!
Time for us to get moving
I also noticed my son and I needed to start walking again! Since the novel Coronavirus hit, I have been lenient! We basically stopped walking! Well, that has since changed! My son and I are walking at least 5 days a week!
I also wanted help with my weight loss, so I found a natural herbal supplement that helps support healthy weight and increase energy! So far, I have not experienced any jitters or headaches. There is no caffeine!
As a vegetarian, I take a protein supplement!
Lastly, I am obsessed with hemp hearts! I used to use these a few years ago and then life got in the way!
I am adding hemp hearts to anything and everything I can with myself and my son’s food!
