…My son and I love our sweets. I don’t have a brownie pan but I am slowly building my baking supplies. The only baking pans I do have are casserole size or bigger. Instead, we made Brownie Batter Cookies! Cookies are easier to make since they are already portioned and easy to enjoy!
I’ve been craving brownies and the Brownie Batter Cookies are just perfect! I can make a big batch and then we can enjoy them throughout the week!
…Hello February, sick again!
In less than a month, my sweet boy is sick again! The last time he was sick was late December and into the first week of January. Thankfully, he was sick over the holiday break, so he didn’t miss any school.
As any mama knows, we hate seeing our kids not feeling well. My son may be a teen but he will always be my baby. I hate seeing him sick!

My son and I love Disney. We’ve been to Disney World a handful of times. I hope we can visit Disneyland soon!
