Almost 2 months ago, we adopted our dog! Everything was going great and then reality set in. We had our first vet appointment and the first (of what would be many) bill! She needed vaccinations. Just that visit was over $100! After that, I decided I couldn’t afford a dog. I re-homed the dog!

…We picked up our newly adopted dog yesterday afternoon. My son has ABA Therapy every weekday for two and a half hours. As soon as his therapy was done, we quickly cleaned up and headed over to bring her home.
We arrived a bit earlier, but we were able to pick her up and take her home. She just wanted to rest in my arms and on my lap on the way home.
